Bearish Structure

The market is bearish as long as it’s creating lower lows and lower highs.

To define a new lower high the previous lower low has to be broken.

Hence the highest point of the pullback becomes the new lower high.

To define a new lower low, the market has to start a pullback.

The point where the last lower low was broken is called „Break of Structure Down“ (BoS).
